SOURCE Christmas 2010 Story

Each year, Community Health Foundation (CHF) works closely with SOURCE to provide assistance to their members. SOURCE provides case management for older and disabled individuals to blend primary medical care with preventive and supportive services. CHF provides extra support to SOURCE members throughout the year by providing fans and air conditioners in the heat of the summer and much-needed heaters in the cold winter months. Every Christmas for the past three years, CHF has also given Christmas presents to those who would have no Christmas without our help. The year 2010 proved to be our biggest SOURCE project yet! CHF, along with many associate volunteers, shopped for more than 900 gifts for 660 SOURCE members. By providing donations to CHF, you and many others helped to bring joy to the faces of countless SOURCE members in the year 2010. CHF and SOURCE say thank you to all of the donations and hard work by our volunteers that made this possible.

The ARC Christmas 2010 Story

Three years ago, in partnership with Seniors Yule Love, Community Health Foundation began buying presents for the individuals served by the Advocacy Resource Center (ARC). The ARC’s primary focus is to give support to improve the quality of life of individuals with developmental disabilities in the Middle Georgia area. Several volunteers helped shop for and wrap over 100 gifts for 55 people served by the ARC.
